About Me
I speak both tech and business - so you don't have to.
My journey into digital design began with a love for art, nurtured through fashion retail and customer service. Curiosity about the full product lifecycle led me to retail buying and a merchant trainee role at a major retailer, where I honed skills in market analysis, consumer behavior, and product strategy.
This foundation inspired me to launch my own ecommerce brand, gaining hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and community building. But not before having to learn how to design and build my first website for imibongo dolls.
Working in entrepreneurship from 2019 deepened my expertise in web design, digital marketing, and customer-centered design. That passion led me to study UX Design and Design Thinking—where creativity meets strategy.
I’ve since acquired additional relevant certifications and skills in order to grow my businesses and connect with users.
