In the fast-paced world of digital design, creating a website isn’t just about making something that looks good—it’s about crafting an experience that feels intuitive, engaging, and purposeful. I’ve developed a design process that strikes a powerful balance between technical precision, user-centered thinking, and creative storytelling.

Discovery & Strategy — Understanding the Why
I begin every project with a deep dive into the clients’ goals, audience and brand identity. Here my goal is to answer.
- Your main action that you want taken on this site
- What emotion should the user feel?
- What is your business/brand objectives with this site?
This phase sets the tone for everything that follows. It’s where UX begins.
Wireframing & Information Architecture
Admittedly, the design part is my favorite, however, before pixel design starts, I sketch out a user flow and site architecture, this includes:
- Wireframes to map out key pages
- Navigation logic that feels natural
- Accessibility considerations from the start
I focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability, ensuring that users can find what they need without friction.
UI Design — Bringing the Brand to Life
Once the UX foundation is solid, I move into visual design, this focuses on brand cohesive typography, colour palettes and layouts to guide the eyes and encourage action
This is where my creative strengths shine— and clients can begin to see interfaces that speak to the overall digital experience of their brand.
Now the Development
Once I have a strong design, I move on to technical execution, moving from Figma to WordPress, I prioritize clean responsive development, SEO friendly structure and plugins that ensure fast load times and mobile optimization.
I build with scalability in mind, ensuring that the site performs beautifully across devices and platforms.
Testing & Refinement to polish the Experience
Before launch, I test cross-over browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
I believe in iterative refinement—small tweaks that make a big difference in user satisfaction.
Launch & Supporting Growth
Once the site goes live, I offer additional service support with ongoing support and updates, as well as strategic advice for future growth.
